The construction process is dynamic but it's important to separate and recognize the illusion of anomaly from the reality. Routine can be leveraged through focused effort and regimented documentation to mitigate risk and maximize efficiency. Our diligence in this respect allows us to perform proactively and not reactively. A diverse team that enables delegation and recovery response is core to how we adapt to the challenges that inevitably rise to meet the best laid plans.
It is imperative that everyone involved in the project is on the same page and a clear understanding of expectations have been developed and made accessible. We ensure that collaboration and open communication are a priority on every project.
VIEW PROCESSHIDE PROCESSThis is the first stage of our project process and involves our preliminary analysis of the project documentation. At this stage we determine whether we understand your goals and if we are the best fit for your needs. After qualification, we then develop a comprehensive estimate for your consideration.
2. DefineThis is the second phase of our project process and follows a project contract or letter of intent. At this stage we study the project documentation to ensure all requirements meet expectations and begin to solidify our procurement selections. We check the existing documentation for issues, conflicts, omissions, and obscurities to verify and validate the project details and scope.
PREVIOUS 3. PLANThe third stage of our process is planning which follows the approval of the project definition. Planning is where we truly begin to take charge of filling in the blanks on how the project will come together to fit your vision. At this stage we begin to develop a collection of programs designed to assign, track, and document the specific details and scope as they become scheduled tasks and deadlines.
PREVIOUS 4. IMPLEMENTThis is the fourth phase of our project process and involves field preparation and mobilization. At this stage we ensure that the site is equipped with proper knowledge, expectations, resources, storage, signage, safety equipment, communication capabilities, and remote offices.
PREVIOUS 5. EXECUTEThis is the fifth phase of our project process and involves the management, monitoring, control and installation of our products. At this stage we realize the scope by completing the scheduled tasks through exceptional quality and professional performance.
PREVIOUS 6. FINALIZEThis is the sixth phase of our project process and signifies the culmination of the execution phase. At this stage we work with the client and their advisors to ensure installed quality and completion of our work meets and exceeds expectations of all necessary inspections.
PREVIOUS 7. COMPLETEThis is the seventh phase of our project process and follows the approval of the project's finalization. At this stage we ensure all final documentation and certifications are provided to the client, signifying the completion of the project.
