High River’s fire hall expansion and renovation increased the emergency service buildings size to over 20,000ft². This project was completed for the Town of High River in 2021 and includes new dormitories with washrooms, a kitchen, work out gym, offices, and meeting areas. Also included in the project was a new apparatus bay and renovated storage areas for firefighting equipment.

Mechanical features of the project include: a new roof mounted Engineered Air ventilation unit, a Hotsy pressure washing system and 2 new Fulton firetube condensing boilers. New hydronic heating piping was supplied and installed to radiant ceiling panels and an in-floor heating system.
