DESCRIPTION

A new design-build school for the Calgary Catholic School District located in Cochrane’s growing Fireside community. This project boasts over 60,000 ft² of space on 2 levels and holds a maximum capacity of over 800 students. As the Prime Mechanical contactor, Unimech has delivered a design-build service to assist in the completion of the project.

Mechanical features of the project include: Engineered air ventilation units, radiant ceiling panel and heat recovery ventilators. Also featured is a complete hydronic heating system consisting of Lochinvar boilers and Armstrong circulators and heat exchangers.
