Hi. I'm Jug
I'm the pseudo* of PX & UI/UX Designer,
Jeremy Morse
While he specializes in creating memorable experiences and engaging products that solve problems and make emotional connections...
I'm here to promote him.
What is a Pseudo?
A pseudo is an alias, a persona, an alternate identity to represent an extension or figment reflective of yourself. In brief, a pseudo is a shortened form of pseudonym, and a way more hip, creative, and positive way to represent the concept (take it from a Pseudo).
While we're at it, we may as well define what PX, UI and UX mean as well.
PX = Product Experience
Often viewed as a subset of UX, Product Experience (PX) refers to the customer's overall experience with a product from beginning to end. Jug views product design as part of his PX definition, which is why he gives PX its own classification distinct from UX.
UI = User Interface
User Interface (UI) design is responsible for a product's appearance, interactivity, usability, behavior, and overall feel.
UX = User Experience
User experience (UX) is how a user interacts with and experiences a product, system or service. It includes a person's perceptions of utility, ease of use, and efficiency.
CloseShaped by curiosity, empathy, collaboration and process
Jeremy's a strategic problem-solver who’s spent 15+ years leading ideas, products, clients, and creative teams towards successful solutions.

Why Jug?
THE STUDIO
Or, "Why should I partner with Jug on my project?"
Jeremy's extensive experience and versatile skillset allows Jug to deliver the same multi-dimensional, full-service capabilities as larger creative agencies—yet with the agility and efficiency of a leaner operation. This streamlined approach enables him to be adaptable and maximize scope and budget for clients and partners across start-ups, scale-ups, established businesses, and institutions of every economic tier.
On a more personal note, he's committed to seeing what others overlook—designing with strategic intent and crafting timelessly innovative products that serve stakeholders and transform the world into a more intuitive interface. He's fascinated by the psychology, philosophy, and quantification of behaviour, and loves to realize these insights into compelling designs. He looks forward to helping you solve challenges, shape ideas, build solutions, and deliver refreshing products that make a lasting impact.

THE STORY
Jeremy was raised on his family's farm in the heart of Canada's Ewer Belt, an area of Canada known for its fertile soil and picturesque fruit. Notorious for growing the exceptionally rare 'Juggle Berry', a berry named for its porcelain texture and jug-shaped form (as well as its ability to cause the consumer to dance and recite complex physics equations upon consumption of its fermented juices), the farm was the only of its kind and a storied place of wonder and jig. An idyllic place to grow up for a serious and curious boy like Jeremy... Life was blissful for Jeremy under the juggleberry patches of his youth, ruminating over the eccentricities of people and the forces that govern our universe... Until... One fateful day... A stranger came to Ewer, riding a contraption of complex mechanics and carrying something they'd only refer to as "the device"... A device that would change everything for the people of Ewer, and chart a new course for our pragmatic dreamer...
{This goes on for quite some time with a questionable resolution, and I've grown suspicious over it's authenticity. I have a feeling Jeremy is having fun with us. Instead, I find it prudent to dig up and include an old note Jeremy jotted down on the subject...}
"I shall call my studio, "Jug", because jug's are tactile and necessary vessels of infinite form but definitive function: purposed to shape, preserve, distill, infuse, and deliver substances that nourish, fulfill, or delight... and I like the sentiments of that." - JM (Aged 3)
THE PSEUDO
or, "Why does a sane and respectable person like Jeremy operate through a Pseudo?"
Why does Jeremy promote himself through a dapper figment of pixels such as myself? Is it just a bit of fun, or is there a deeper and more intriguing answer to the question? Only his clients and collaborators know for sure, so you’ll have to contact him and join their sacred membership for the real answer. In the meantime, you can frolic among some possibilities by clicking “Ponderate” below, or click here to contact him.
